I might be unaware but nature rituals target creatures so does that mean all of us,(the bad ones) enemies, both teams pets, (the good ones) my team

Nature Rituals effect everyone and everything in it's range. If the ritual gives, say, +500hp... everything in range gets +500hp. Enemies, your team, pets, acorns... everything!

Natural rituals affect EVERYTHING within their area of effect. which is rather large.
